You will be based in our Johannesburg office as part of Orphoz, working closely and in partnership with client's senior management and their specialist departments.

Your impact within our firm
You will implement business transformation office projects in the Financial Services Sector, ensuring long term impact delivery.
As a Senior Delivery Manager:
- You will lead on business transformation / business change projects by engaging at a deep level across our clients’ businesses, working in teams to build the capabilities, systems and processes needed to deliver bottom-line results and then ensure those results will be sustained.
- You will lead, coach, and motivate your team of consultants and client employees in each project.
- You’ll act as a subject matter expert, combining experience with strong problem-solving abilities to derive business insights and solid recommendations for clients.
- You will contribute to the implementation of our Delivery groups growth strategy, and you will take responsibility on the development of the firm.
- You will grow in a stimulating and human environment where quality of life at work is important.
Your qualifications and skills
- 8+ years of professional experience including some coming from a consulting environment with high problem solving ability.
- 2+ years experience delivering and execution large scale business transformation projects such as: turnaround, restructuring, M&A PMI post merger implementation, capability building, organisational structure, and setting up a Transformation office.
- 3+ years industry sector expertise in Telco (Telecommunications).
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in financial or similar field with strong record of academic achievement.
- Experience developing business unit strategy and leading large-scale change programs, preferably while establishing strong relationships with senior clients.
- You have experience leading people and building teams, empowering team members to achieve impact.
- You enjoy the flexibility and agility that is required in a consulting environment.
- You are experienced in conducting workshops and coaching sessions.
- You are driven by creating long-lasting impact and enjoy leading teams to achieve results.
