The Opportunity

As a result of the continued success of our business, we are looking to welcome an experienced quantum professional to our team in Johannesburg.

Skills and Experience
We are seeking individuals with proven experience of working on quantum and contractual claims within the construction industry.
You will also:
- Have demonstrable experience of working on quantum and contractual claims.
- Hold a relevant construction degree such as Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management, along with a secondary construction legal qualification, plus professional memberships commensurate with the specialisation.
- Have a proven ability to personally deliver quantum reports for construction contractors, solicitors, and/or other clients from determining causality through to report writing.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the various forms of contract and quantum principles and the ability to communicate and utilise this in client-facing situations.
- Have experience of leading teams and projects with a passion for mentoring and developing junior staff members.
