Duties & Responsibilities
Our client, a reputable and well-established law firm located in Parktown North, requires a diligent Labour and Employment law Attorney:
- Experience in employment-related matters and able to work independently for SOEs, government, and municipalities.
- Experience in prosecuting internal disciplinary hearings, acting for employers at CCMA, drafting and bringing review applications at the Labour Courts, and opposing them.
- Able to draft own papers without the assistance of counsel.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Qualifications
LLB Degree. Admitted Attorney.
Skills
The candidate must have at least 3-5 years post-admission experience with strong knowledge of and experience in Labour and Employment Law practice.
