Job Title
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience + commission after the first 3 months
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing or Business Management (non-negotiable)
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English (speak, read, and write)
- Sotho speaking will be beneficial
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
- Be able to work during the weekend for showing “ON SHOW” unit
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist potential buyers in purchasing units/properties within the developments
- Explain prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related information relating to their purchase journey
- Showing clients development plans and taking clients through to the show-houses to persuade them to purchase the best-suited product
- Prepare necessary administrative documents
- Communicate effectively with all relevant departments (e.g., Marketing, Bonds) for weekly, daily, and monthly reports
- After-sale service: follow up with snag attending, etc.
