What We're Looking For: This Digital Project Manager will be responsible for managing communication and workflow between our internal teams and clients; to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and are of a high standard. Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end project management
- Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress
- Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects
- Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
- Monitor and report on Google Analytics metrics
- Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
- Update key stakeholders on project status
- Manage client communications and expectations
- Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
- Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects
Experience Required:
- Familiarity with how websites, ads, and emails are designed and developed
- Exceptional time management and organization skills
- Exceptional communication and writing skills
- Ability to present designs and communicate ideas and concepts to internal stakeholders and clients
- Experience with copywriting and proofing marketing materials
- Strong problem-solving skills
- A desire to collaborate with and motivate others to produce high-quality products, user experiences, and results
- A keen eye for detail
Skills that are a bonus:
- Experience with Shopify site builds and store setup
- Experience with prototyping software like Figma or Sketch
- Experience with print production and file preparation
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with managing design and web products and especially website builds, in terms of project scoping, scheduling, risk assessment, budgeting, quality control, and internal and client communication
- Familiarity with how websites, ads, and emails are designed and developed
- Relevant degree
