An opportunity has arisen for a Finance Assistant to join a company based in Middlesbrough.
Responsibilities:
- Lead in Credit Control and Debt Management
- Post bank receipts and bank reconciliation
- Assist with weekly accounting tasks including analysis and cash flow
- Assist with Month End processes, including journals and balance sheet reconciliation
- Support Purchase Ledger with invoice processing and supplier reconciliations
- Prepare both international and domestic payments to suppliers when due
Requirements:
- GCSE English and Maths
- 3 years finance experience
- NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Accounting
- Confident with all Microsoft applications including advanced Excel
