Job Title: Service Desk Administrator
Location: Preston
Remuneration: 25,000 - 26,000 per annum
Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time
Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the Service Team, assisting in the coordination of field engineers' schedules.
- Keep our customers informed by booking engineers on site and providing regular updates.
- Process subcontractor paperwork to ensure smooth project execution.
- Generate invoices for completed work, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Utilise Microsoft Office tools, such as Excel and Word, to support administrative tasks.
- Collaborate effectively within the team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA) and goals.
- Take ownership of your workload and contribute to the collective success of the team.
- Approach tasks and people with a positive attitude, contributing to a cheerful and productive work atmosphere.
- Problem-solve with the support of your team, utilising their expertise and resources.
- Embrace a continuous learning mindset, adapting and acquiring new skills as needed.
