Working as part of a thriving international program and projects team, the EMEA Program Manager will be responsible for the project management of the key projects within the EMEA territories and that the designs meet the required standards for process adherence. The key drivers for the role are the brand expectation level and the desired quality and margin requirements being met and exceeded.

The Role
The Program Manager will lead the project activities across market research, new product development, sustained production and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in ensuring that the project deliverables such as project scope, key milestones, launch date and cost are fully understood and that the delivery teams are aligned with these gateways.
The Program Manager will work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to ensure that the customer is aligned with the manufacturing teams and that all departments are aligned both internally and externally. You will plan and coordinate project workshop and team meetings ensuring both project status and the executive teams are fully up to date with program/project activities.
The Program Manager will drive continuous improvement across the project areas and take responsibility for all aspects of the project content including planning, risk analysis and mitigation, budgetary planning, launch feasibility and change management.
The Person
The successful candidate will possess a proven background in technical project management and new product development. You will be well-versed in working with production development from a customer interface and a design aspect including the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
The Program Manager will ideally be degree qualified (or equivalent) and possess strong experience in leading program and project activities including technical content, budgets, risk management and launch considerations.
You will good experience in launching new products and a demonstrable experience set developed in working closely with customer to exceed expectations on project delivery.
Experience within fast-paced, high volume manufacturing (or near-neighbour technology) is highly preferred for the position, in addition to the ability to work in a lean and agile environment.
Please note that international and national travel with some time per month spent away from home are a required part of the role.
