About the Role:
Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Assistant, the role involves diverse responsibilities across accounts payable and receivable, expense reporting, payroll assistance, and general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable: Processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining supplier records.
- Accounts Receivable: Managing invoices, following up on payments, and maintaining customer accounts.
- Expense Reporting: Ensuring compliance with company policies while managing employee expense claims.
- Payroll Assistance: Supporting payroll processes as needed.
- Audit & Administration: Providing documentation for audits and performing general office duties.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar finance role.
- Proficiency with SAGE.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills and ability to handle sensitive information.
This is a full time permanent position with a salary of 25,000- 30,000p/a dependent on experience.
