Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Proactively generate and pursue new business opportunities through a combination of provided leads and your own lead generation.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term business relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Field-Based Role: Conduct meetings and presentations with potential clients across your assigned territory, ensuring you maximize opportunities to close deals.
- Telecoms Solutions Sales: Sell a variety of telecoms products and services to businesses, tailoring solutions to meet client needs.
- B2B Sales Focus: Drive growth through business-to-business sales, leveraging industry knowledge to identify key opportunities.
- Lead Generation & Target Achievement: While provided with leads, you will also be expected to independently generate your own leads and build a robust pipeline.
- Client Retention: Manage clients for the first year and ensure a smooth transition to the account management team once the client is handed over.
- Meet Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, with the opportunity to earn commission and overachievement bonuses.
- Training & Development: Participate in minimal formal training but be a self-starter, utilizing our online portal and one-to-one sessions with leadership to grow your skills.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience in telecoms or IT sales is essential.
- Proven Sales Track Record: You are a hunter who thrives in new business acquisition, not just account management.
- B2B Focus: Strong business-to-business sales experience, with a proven ability to build relationships and close deals.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and take initiative to generate your own leads and sales opportunities.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the telecoms industry and the solutions that businesses require.
- Location: Based in the North, with travel to client locations required.
- Car Allowance & Tools: Company car allowance, laptop, and phone provided.
