Job Description: Join team as a Production Operative, handling aluminium and other materials in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include cutting, punching, and preparing materials, following production plans, and ensuring quality. Duties also involve general warehouse tasks, loading/unloading deliveries, and assisting in other departments.
Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and process materials per specifications.
- Follow production plans and report quality issues.
- Perform warehouse duties and assist with stock checks.
Requirements: - Metalwork experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Basic IT skills and own transport required.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Hours: Monday Friday, 07 15, with overtime opportunities.
Hourly Rate: Starting at £11.90, with increases for tenure and overtime.
Location: East Harling
