As Senior Product Manager, you will oversee the quality management of a dedicated product category within tropical fruit, ensuring compliance with retail customer standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working positively with both internal teams and external partners, driving product excellence.
- Managing product quality for a key tropical fruit category, ensuring compliance with retail customer requirements.
- Lead product audits, quality checks, and compliance assessments in a packing environment.
Experience required:
- Experience in product quality management within the Fresh Produce sector, ideally with a focus on tropical fruit.
- Proven track record in managing product quality in a Packhouse, 3rd Party Packing, or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and retail customer requirements in the Fresh Produce industry.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining high standards of product quality.
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Hours: 4-on, 4-off shift pattern (providing excellent work-life balance).
Location: Based in Essex, commutable from Kent, Essex, and Suffolk.
