We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical component inspection, with experience in electrical and/or fiber optic testing. This role is critical in ensuring that our production processes meet stringent quality standards and deliver excellence to our customers.
Key Responsibilities of the Quality Inspector
- Perform inspection stages defined in production procedures
- Conduct and document Product Validation Tests to required specifications.
- Inspection of components and in goods in inspection
- Use of Cmm including programming
- Using all inspection tools like verniers and calipers
- Perform radiographic examination reviews and final inspections, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
Skills and Experience Required for the Quality Inspector
- Extensive experience in manufacturing processes, product quality standards, and mechanical component inspection.
- Competence in using manual inspection tools, calibration equipment, and X-ray interpretation.
- Use and programming of CMM
- Strong understanding of engineering and assembly drawings.
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Background or knowledge on soldering
- Aerospace, Automotive or Precision engineering experience
