We're partnering with an acquisitive PE backed business looking to double the number of sites over the next 2-3 years. The industry is stable in the current economic climate and the business profitable year on year. Your new boss is first class, a PwC trained FD that has recently progressed into a CFO position. Your boss's boss has moved from CFO into a COO role. So, as you can see, this is a business that will invest in their top performers and promote for hard work and success. With that in mind, we see there is real scope to progress to Finance Director as the group continues to grow.
You'll be heading up a stable and long serving finance team of 10. The team are largely transactional with a strong Management Accountant to support you with reporting and supervising other the other team members.
So if you're currently a Group Financial Controller with the ambition to progress, this could be the ideal role for you.
