Description
- Reviewing employee records to determine payroll costs, including taxes, deductions, and benefits
- Processing Payroll
- Calculating employees hours worked, payroll deductions and processing requests for pay increases or decreases
- Support the Payroll Manager with reports on payroll trends to make decisions about staffing levels, pay rates and benefits package
- Review payroll records for accuracy and correcting errors
- Reconciling payroll records with accounting records
Profile
- Have intermediate excel experience
- Have experience working in a Payroll related role
- Be process driven
- Be analytically minded
- Have experience working in a fast paced environment
Job Offer
The successful candidate can expect a starting salary c 35-36,000 + 3 days home working + a flexible contract ending March 2025 with the potential to be extended or made permanent
