Cost Manager - Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cost management activities on major infrastructure projects, building strong, sustainable client and team relationships.
- Provide technical expertise in cost analysis, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
- Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring quality assurance and innovative solutions.
- Develop and manage project controls systems and tools, including Power BI, PRISM, and EVM techniques.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
Key Skills & Experience:
- In-depth knowledge of cost management methodologies, industry benchmarks, and standard measurement methods (e.g., RMM, NRM).
- Strong understanding of construction contracts (NEC, FIDIC) and project commercial accountability.
- Proven track record of successful delivery within consultancy environments.
- Experience with large-scale projects and advanced cost management tools.
- Degree in construction or finance; professional membership (RICS, ICE, AACE) preferred.

- Support business development and client engagement to expand service offerings.
