The role:
- You will be responsible for operational matters on shift
- A focus on delivering against KPI's as well as the ability to solve novel problems.
- Team development, clear leadership and coaching skills are crucial.
- Quality and health and safety focused

- Strong people management experience in a production based role in a food manufacturing environment
- Good analytical skills with the ability to drive continuous improvement activity
