Restaurant Manager - Contract Catering - Work life balance
A Restaurant Manager is required for a Contract Catering Company based near Exmouth. Responsible for day to day contracted output of services for the Restaurant. Working with the committee to plan & deliver a number of functions attended by Senior personnel within the Company and other sites part of the Company.
40 hours per week - predominantly Monday - Friday but flexibility required to meet output of business.
Salary - 32,474.78 per annum.
Experience of managing team and organisation & execution of events essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the Catering areas on site
Provide excellent customer service
Lead the team to deliver high standards, all appropriate training and compliance
Plan and run all Functions and Events
Health & Safety paperwork
Requirements:
Managerial experience within a Catering establishment
Events & Functions experience
A passion for providing excellent customer service
A great team player yet able to work comfortably on own
Good customer service skills
Pass DBS clearance
The reward:
Annual Salary of 32,474.78 per annum
