One of our Clients (in food manufacturing) is looking for a new Team Leader/Supervisor. You will lead, motivate and develop your team to ensure planned output requirements and quality standards are met whilst ensuring H&S guidelines are followed;review and manage individual performance, achieve set production KPIs, complete shift documentation and ensure compliance against BRC, ISO and site quality standards.
This is a day shift only, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
