Alliance Personnel are currently recruiting for factory operatives to join one of their clients based in Birmingham, B46.
Duties:
- Loading / Unloading materials
- Removing products from moulds
- Finishing / trimming final products by using power / hand tools
- Pallet building
- Wrapping
- Heavy lifting involved
- Hot Environment / Factory environment
Working hours: Monday- Thursday 6am - 6pm or 6pm - 6am (12h shifts) (4on x 4off) or perm weekends Friday, Satuday and Sunday
Pay:
Day Shift 11.50 per hour - anything over 40hrs is paid at 14.38 per hour
Night shift 11.50 per hour + night shift allowance of 10.30 per shift - anything over 40hrs is paid at 14.38 per hour
Weekend shift: 12.65 per hour
