Quality Engineer - Sheffield
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join their team.

Essential Tasks:
- Ability to gain cooperation working with all levels.
- Technically advise as required from drawings.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, as well as customers and suppliers, to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ability to implement preventive measures.
- Conduct root cause analysis.
- Investigate and document NCR's in line with company requirements.
- 8D Reports.
- Ensure maintained compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Monitor and analyse quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ability to manage customer specific projects.
- Conduct quality inspections internally and externally, if required.
- ISIR/PPAP/FAIR reports.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015.
- Responsibilities as outlined in H&S Policy.
Preferred Tasks:
- Conduct internal audits in line with the internal audit schedule.
- Conduct external audits at supplier premises.
- Conduct gravimetric and particulate cleanliness testing.
- Understanding of production processes.
- Use SAP investigations to support QA Activities.
- Tube Manipulation and hose assembly knowledge for technical investigations.
- Generating orders for replacements.
- Raising credits for non-conforming parts.
- Arranging transport for collection of non-conforming parts.
- Organisation of returns of product.

You must have proven experience in a similar Quality Engineer Position
