We are actively seeking an experienced Head of Estates to work for an organisation based in Gloucestershire. The contract will last for at least 6 months followed by a likely extension or permanent contract
Position: Estates Operations Manager
Location: Gloucestershire
Pay rate: 30 to 36 per hour on an Umbrella/CIS basis
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage in house engineering team
- Supervise Electrical, Mechanical and Building Engineers
- Responsible for maintenance strategy
- Oversee building compliance documentation
- Liaise with senior management regarding budgets, timescales and department strategy
- Manage contractors to ensure work is being done to strict Health & Safety standards
- Work with capital department to ensure work is handed over
