Astute's Nuclear team is partnering with an international player in the nuclear energy market recognised for its innovative solutions and technology for designing, building, maintaining, and advancing the global nuclear sector to recruit a Junior Project Controller for its Nuclear fleet service business unit's growth into the UK markets, based out of their Sizewell B site full time. This role will require you to be based on site through Monday - Friday.
The Junior Project Controller will be integral to generating project controls outputs to visualise project performance in support of project management and reporting requirements. It comes with a base salary starting up to 43,000, minimum of 9% pension, 25 days annual leave and a wealth of other benefits.

Responsibilities and duties
Reporting to the Project Controls Manager you will be responsible for:
- Produce outputs across all project controls sub-functions under supervision and guidance from more senior Project Controls staff across 4 key areas:
- Cost Control
- Planning & Scheduling
- RAID Management
- Document Control
- This is a training role and as such there is an expectation the role will not be able to work autonomously and will require daily supervision and direction by more senior project controls staff.
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
- Experience working in a Project environment and wanting to learn project controls functions.
- Site based working - ability to travel to site or relocate locally.
