Total Staff Services are recruiting for an ASU Preperation Stager on a night shift for our client based in Runcorn. Responsible for sterilising machines and rooms ready for the next days production in the ASU.
- Working with the Aseptic Suite, you will be gowned to the required standards and be required to follow the company standard operation procedures
- Assist in the post-production strip down of cleanrooms ready for hygiene routines to be undertaken
- Assist as required, in the undertaking of cleans in all graded areas of the ASU in support of the hygiene team
- Cleaning and preparing of clean room cabinets, machines and isolators ready for production
- Ensuring all cleaning duties, including cabinets and machines are conducted according to the defined SOPs and ensuring all necessary paperwork is complete
- Transferring machines, ingrediants and other material into the cleanroom cabinets as per SOPs, ready for compounder to prepare for production
- Prepare the Bill of Materials for the following days production
- Working to a production plan to delivere optimum production readiness
- Transferring raw material for production into the compounding suites
- Ensuring all activities are recorded accurately on relevant documentation and completed in a timely manner in accordance with SOP's
- Ensuring the appropriate disposal of waste from the compounding/manufacturing area in accordance with current procedures
- Recording and communicating any issues affecting quality and efficiency
Experience & Qualification
- Aseptic or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience is essential
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team to deliver a plan
- Trained in manual handling procedures
- Health & Safety awareness, including COSHH familiarity
- A good understanding of cGMP requirements
- Basic verbal and written communication skills
Hours of work will be (Apply online only) Monday to Thursday
Salary 34,714 inclusive of shift allowance
