Our client who are one of the leading law institutes in London are looking for a Senior Sous Chef to work within their Hospitality kitchen, which consists of fine dining, canape events, bowl food & directors dining. With last minute changes to daily events, you will need to have strong organisational skills and the ability to think on the spot with a creative mind and strong knowledge of the latest food trends.
You'll be responsible for running the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef and a key part of managing the team of 6 Chefs, so strong man management skills are essential. With an incredibly demanding client there is no margin for error and the ideal Chef should preferably come with experience within a high end B&I site, 5 star hotel or a Michelin starred restaurant environment.

This is an amazing opportunity within this premium contract catering site, we are only looking for a Chef of the highest calibre with at least 2 years' experience at Sous Chef or above within a similar corporate environment.
