Manpower is recruiting for a Visual Inspector to join a leading pharmaceutical company in Swindon.
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team and ensure the quality and compliance of our products. As a Visual Inspector, your primary responsibility will be to perform visual inspections of pharmaceutical products to ensure they meet strict quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visual Inspection: Perform thorough inspections of pharmaceutical products to ensure they meet the required quality standards.
- Identify Defects: Detect and document any defects or deviations from the product specifications.
- Follow Procedures: Strictly adhere to established inspection procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to address any quality control issues and implement corrective actions.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of inspection results and any identified issues.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: GCSEs or equivalent qualifications.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar inspection or quality control role is desirable.
- Attention to Detail: Must be able to work with precision and a high level of accuracy.
- Vision: Must have good eyesight (not colour blind) and the ability to spot minute details.
- Team Player: Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Patience and Focus: Ability to maintain consistent quality inspections over long periods.
Shift Pattern:
- Week 1: 07:00 - 15:00
- Week 2: 15:00 - 23:00
(Shifts will alternate every week, with some flexibility required.)
