Compliance Officer, Bedford
Hybrid working 2 days in the office/3 working from home
£30,000 - £32,000 DOE
This role is a little different and entails both managing day to day operations within the company as well as managing the company s IMS (ISO, 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001: 2015 to ensure continued accreditation to the ISO standards.
Responsible for integrating and managing the company s business continuity and disaster recovery plans, ensuring alignment with departmental needs.

- Regulatory Requests Response
- Management Systems Auditing
- Review of company Terms and Conditions
- Project Management
- Operations Calendar Management
- Process Documentation and Improvement
- Monthly Operations Meeting Facilitation
Person Specification: -
- Must have a strong understanding of Data Protection legislation (GDPR) and its practical application.
- Proven experience in emergency preparedness planning, compliance management, and document control
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast paced environment
Desirable: -
- Bachelor s degree in business administration, management or related field.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools is desirable
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
