Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Sample Machinist to join our team. The role will consist of working on women s jersey and woven samples. You will work closely with designers and pattern makers to produce high-quality garment samples that reflect our high standards. Your expertise in sewing and garment construction will ensure that each sample meets our exacting quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Construct sample garments from jersey and woven fabrics according to design specifications and patterns.
- Collaborate with designers, pattern makers, and the production team to interpret design briefs and ensure accurate realization of samples.
- Operate and maintain industrial sewing machines and other relevant equipment.
- Perform precise stitching, seam finishing, and other sewing techniques to achieve the desired garment look and functionality.
- Conduct fittings and make necessary adjustments to samples based on feedback.
- Ensure all samples are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the sample-making process.
