EHS - Responsible for EHS within production areas
- Responsible for adhering to compliance regarding assets, chemicals, human resources, supporting equipment and the combination.
- Responsible to stop the line if safety is compromised AND escalate the issue.
- Implement, improve, and retain the PTW procedure and other Life Critical Procedures.
- Acts as incident controller for the site.
Operational - Represents the manufacturing department in the meetings as defined in the site's communication matrix.
- Acts according to the compliance regulations of the legal and corporate system.
- Responsible for adherence to the sites' quality system and the follow up of the safe operating procedures.
- Drive a continuous improvement on SHEQ level.
- Responsible for total site production budget in direct manufacturing hours per time unit and for adherence to the production plan.
- Improve and retain performance management in the production department.
HR - Monitoring and evaluation of the performance of the Operations department and further development: as well technically, organizationally as regarding security
- Coaching the shift leads into the desired leadership role.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of production personnel
- Associates degree or university degree
- At least 3 years experience in a management role of a production facility in a similar environment
- Experience with implementing modern production manangement Tools
- Experience with supervising a 24 HR shift System
- Knowledge of Coating and/or prepreg processes desirable
- Experience with working in an Organisation under Seveso regulation
- Fluent in English and German
