Detailed Duties and Responsibilities :
• Manage and develop new business in the industrial automation sector.
• Assistance with the management of telephone and on-site commissioning.
• Handling of incoming technical calls and providing online technical support.
• Interfacing with customers and client personnel ensuring each interaction is friendly and respectful.
• Ensuring that all on site safety regulations and procedures are adhered to.
• Ensuring that all documentation relating to site visits are properly documented and signed off by the client.

Carrying our site visits with sales personnel to assist with:
• Identification of application opportunities for automation products.
• Assistance with the design of the control systems and selection of equipment.
• Assistance with the preparation of the offer to the customer.
• Assistance with the installation and commissioning of successful offer.
• Where applicable assistance with panel design and construction.
Limits of authority:
• Submission of quotations of value greater than R100 000.00.
• Granting of credits and warranties without line approvals.
• Purchasing of equipment without approved purchase requisitions.
