Key Responsibilities
- Develop, present, secure management approval and execute comprehensive marketing plans to uplift the Company’s brand impact across all channels.
- Implement a structured approach to ensure timeous planning, delivery, reporting and documented records of promotion, branding and co-branding campaigns.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to achieve targets.
- Manage social media presence and create engaging content.
- Coordinate, organise and represent the Company in national and regional events.
- Measure promotion and branding campaigns performance and ROI.
- Ensure consistent communication and experience sharing of the Company’s promotion and branding activities.
- Benchmark and recommend a suite of physical and digital marketing collaterals to support the Company’s promotion and branding campaigns.
- Design and supervise the production of marketing collaterals.
- Responsible for the orders, upkeep, stock management and release of marketing collaterals into events and to various audiences e.g. internal teams, Customers and other stakeholders.
- Maintain and expand the Company’s network and relationships with promotion value chain partners, including service providers, experts, event organisers, industry specifiers etc.
- Benchmark and recommend service providers; optimise cost-benefit to the interest of the Company.
- Conduct research and benchmarks (e.g. Customer, competition, ArcelorMittal Group) to continuously review the Company’s approach to promotion and branding.
- Partake in the Company’s strategy and performance review processes.
Travel Requirements
Domestic travels to Customers and Stakeholders. International travels on requirements. 60% internal | 40% travelling.
Qualifications
- National Diploma (NQF 6/10) in Marketing Management.
Experience & Requirements
- Experience with social media management.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, social media, marketing automation tools, graphic design tools.
