Job Responsibilities
Ensure all activities are focused on achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
Establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule.
Call on existing and potential new clients.
Service key accounts - remain in contact and retain relationships to acquire referrals or new business.
Compile and submit deals, with relevant documentation.
Adhere to underwriting, compliance, and risk procedures.
Submit activity reports, CRM feedback, weekly pipeline, application feedback, to management (daily, weekly, monthly).
Ensure appointments and ratios are in line with target.
Ensure application volumes are in line with target.
Provide feedback on competition (pricing, products, new products).
Resolve customer complaints (investigate and suggest solutions).
Desired Experience & Qualifications
5 years + sales experience.
Grade 12.
