Role
In this hybrid role, you will be selling the company’s range of Kitchens into the New Build & Refurb sector. Targeting High Rise projects along with Social Housing, you will manage the process through the Contractors/Developers. This role will predominantly involve managing and nurturing existing relationships with key High-Rise developers & contractors. The company has existing agreements with many prominent developers and Social Housing providers. You will regularly engage with site/project managers, buyers, and senior managers within these accounts, building relationships, organizing site meetings, presenting quotes and designs to contractors post-tender, finalizing specifications pre-tender, and submitting relevant information to internal departments, who you will work closely with. Both territories are well established, and we are looking to recruit in London/South East and also North West/West Midlands.

Person
My client is looking for a sales person who can hit the ground running, as this is a very senior and specialist position. Ideally, you will be able to demonstrate a successful track record in dealing with Contractors/Developers/Social Housing. KBB experience preferred.
