The Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) position is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on sourcing, attracting, interviewing and hiring of employees for all divisions across the company.
The scope of the role encompasses permanent employees and fixed term contractors.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelors Degree in Industrial Psychology
Minimum 3-4 years experience in corporate recruitment, preferably in retail and/or FMCG sectors
Working knowledge and experience with human resource information systems and recruiting techniques and tools
Proficient in MS Office (i.e. Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Understanding and knowledge of SA labour and related legislation

1. Plan recruitment campaigns in line with business needs
2. Provide recruitment services/campaigns for business
3. Develop and maintain talent pools/databases
