Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical equipment, including control panels, motors, and machinery.
- Diagnose and replace faulty electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components.
- Oversee and manage the electrical teams daily operations, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior technicians and apprentices.
- Handle emergency call-outs and breakdowns, minimizing downtime.
- Travel occasionally to support customer needs and service requirements.
- Continue professional development in PLC programming, panel building, and refrigeration.
Requirements:
- Relevant electrical qualification (Trade Tested, N5, N6).
- 5+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex problems.
- Strong knowledge of electrical safety codes and regulations.
- Willingness to travel and work overtime/rotational shifts as needed.
