About the Role
As a Senior Draughtsman , you will be responsible for managing complex technical drawings, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency in every project.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create, review, and manage detailed technical drawings using advanced CAD software .
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and clients to interpret specifications and deliver designs aligned with project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company quality guidelines.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior draughtsmen, fostering a collaborative and skilled team.
- Manage documentation, revisions, and updates for all technical drawings.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and methodologies.
Requirements :
- Relevant qualification in Draughting or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in draughting, preferably in engineering , construction , or manufacturing .
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
- Strong technical skills with a deep understanding of design principles .
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail .
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
