A large part of my role includes data analysis by generating reports and dashboards to provide insights and recommendations to management and the operations team, assisting them make informed decisions on operational requirements, customer needs and staff welfare.
Oversee that the SQL reporting environment is maintained, accurate and up to date.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.

Providing weekly detailed Analysis on Labour Management in Restaurants
Oversee Time & Attendance systems in stores and extracting various reports for analysis
Liaison between Business Unit Team and POS company to ensure accuracy of POS reporting
Provide detailed Analysis on Sales layer performance and profitability
Drafting Weekly Reports to track store KPIs
Quarterly Budget re-forecasting to align Restaurants with current Business trend

Qualifications and requirements:
B.Com/ Diploma in accounting
Min 5 years experience in finance and operations experience or exposure to operations. Must have a retail background.
