A new opportunity has arisen in this profitable and professionally managed, full-service law firm. The private client team is well established and offers a wealth of expertise across all areas. For many years, it has acted for wealthy clients with family trusts and inherited wealth, as well as private individuals, professionals, entrepreneurs and SME business owners.
Working as part of a cohesive and friendly team, a new opportunity has arisen requiring a solicitor or CiLEX with not less than 4/5 yrs' PQE. The focus of this role will be advising wealthier clients on asset protection and estate planning using tax efficiency in wills and use of trusts.

- Advising on and preparing Wills
- Assessing estates on potential tax liabilities
- Estate & wealth protection measures
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Living Wills and Letters of Wishes
- Lifetime gifts and tax issues
- Elderly Client Advice
- Trusts administration
- Advising trustees
This is a key and pivotal role in the team providing excellent prospects. As well as managing your own cases, you will be responsible for providing support and supervision to wider team members and enjoy a client-facing role.
