Requirements
Degree in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology or related field.
Post Graduate Qualification is an added advantage.
Experience in FMCG/QSR industry will be an added advantage.
Experience of 10 plus years in a senior HR role, ideally within a fast-paced industry.
Proven experience in HR strategy development, change management, and talent acquisition.
Solid knowledge of labor legislation, compliance, and HR practices.
