SPAR Lowveld, a division of The SPAR Group Ltd., is recruiting for a Retail Operations Manager at its Distribution Centre located in Nelspruit.
The Retail Operations Manager (ROM) is accountable to achieve the budgeted retail sales targets, maximize store profitability, implement store growth actions, inspire Retailer participation in activities of the Lowveld Guild, implement TOPS at SPAR operational best practices, and ensure that TOPS at SPAR stores are operated expertly within the TOPS at SPAR model and specification.
Key Performance Areas:
- Establishing and maintaining a sound business relationship with Retailers.
- Ensure that standards are kept according to TOPS at SPAR regulations and that the stores' image is up to standard.
- Assist retailers with improvement in retail growth, profitability, and cash flow
- Facilitate communication between Retail and DC departments.
