Joint Living Property (HMO)/Supported Accommodation Move on roles are Support and Inclusion Officer/Landlord Liaison Team Procurement type roles. Bit of a blend of both. Needs to be able to work face to face with customers in these settings so no remote workers. Hybrid role with regular local presence required
- Maximise this short-term post to support providers and clients to move as many people who are ready to move on from supported housing as possible
- Ensure provider staff develop a good knowledge of all move on options across the BCP area to be able to support their clients in future
- To develop staff and client recognition of the importance of daily activities and structure for people moving on
- Ensure positive relationships are in place between supported housing providers and other housing providers, partners and landlords/agents to secure a steady supply of good quality accommodation.
- To ensure moves from supported housing are sustainable and meet the client s needs
