Job Title: Administrative Assistant Salary: £12.00 per hour Contract: Full-time or Part-time (up to 35 hours per week) Location: Launceston Office
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and mail handling.
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Client Services:
- Meet and greet clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare refreshments (coffee, tea) for clients and staff.
- Data Entry and Record Keeping:
- Input and update data into computer systems accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organized records and files.
- General Office Duties:
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Assist with various office tasks as needed.
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Computer literate with good telephone manner.
