New requirement for an Interior Design Project Manager job in Dallas, Texas. You will be joining a top 10 architecture and design firm with a growing portfolio, focusing on their latest industry type of multifamily projects.
Established over half a century ago, this practice has a long-standing history of successfully providing architectural and interior design services to a range of clients across various sectors including workplace, commercial, aviation, education, multifamily, and more. The position will be based at the firm's LEED Gold-certified headquarters in Dallas, supporting and guiding a range of multifamily projects across all stages, with the potential for growth within the department as the business expands further.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversight and management of all project phases from concept through to construction/delivery
- Development of fee structures and scope of works
- Liaise with clients directly and manage expectations across the design cycle
- Creation and management of schedules
- Assist with FF&E selection and oversee specification
- Oversee construction administration and documentation
- Resolve and mitigate technical issues
- Ensure industry standards and practices are adhered to
- Oversee the quality of projects and deliverables across all stages.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience, ideally in multifamily interiors project management
- Degree qualified from a CIDA-accredited program, plus professional registration
- Revit proficiency is strongly preferred; AutoCAD and Adobe Suite skills are also desired
- Proven experience managing project teams
- Strong focus on quality control and ability to ensure the accuracy of deliverables
- Ability to be office-based with travel opportunities from time to time.
