As the
Financial Manager , you will oversee and manage all financial aspects of the Rentals division, including:
- Bill and invoice units according to relevant lease agreements (SLA) and process credit notes.
- Prepare and submit monthly revenue forecasts to ensure financial clarity and performance.
- Lead national Rentals financial analysis and reporting, ensuring accurate insights.
- Compile and submit daily, weekly, and monthly management reports, such as the CEO Report and Profitability Analysis.
- Manage annual audits and contribute to the preparation of yearly budgets.
- Ensure adherence to Rentals and Finance reporting matrices for streamlined operations.
- Supervise the national Rentals ERP systems, ensuring integrity across asset registers, invoicing, and reporting.
- Oversee national budgeted revenue and EBITDA targets, driving financial growth.
- Control cost allocations (direct and indirect) on a national level, ensuring financial efficiency.
- Handle contract escalations and provide timely feedback according to the SLA.
- Update and circulate the national rental price list in line with market changes.
- Manage creditors payments and ensure seamless financial operations within the Rentals department.
- Oversee the LOA and travel request forms, ensuring smooth administrative processes.
- Take ownership of the logistics function, including transport administration, purchase orders, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Ensure the realization of revenue from transporting units.
- Update and implement the transport price list, aligned with fuel price changes.
- Ensure the effective management of fleet and asset reconciliation, maintaining accuracy within the ERP system.
- Supervise Capex management and reconciliations, ensuring proper tracking and reporting.
- Develop and mentor subordinate team members to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of their roles.
- Facilitate coordination between the legal team, insurance claims, and the company, ensuring smooth interactions.
Job Experience and Skills Required: Diploma / degree in accounting
Minimum of 5 - 10 years experience in a similar position
Manufacturing / Rentals industry is preferred
