Minimum requirements:
Diploma / Degree in HR Management
4 years relevant experience
Knowledge and practice of Statutory laws, Labour Relations Act and BCEA
Accountability for HR projects
Compliance to regulatory, policy and audit requirements
General HR reporting
Recruitment process
Drafting of letters of appointment
Induction and policy workshops
Administer the performance management processes
