Summary of job: Maintain the companys PLM (Teamcenter) System and contribute to Teamcenter integrations with other secondary systems.
Key responsibilities / main job duties: - Aware of Product lifecycle processes, i.e., inception of a product to the release of a product.
- Exposed to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Tools, particularly, Teamcenter.
- Proficient or familiar with Databases, Database migration, Database maintenance and Database Migration Tools, preferably experience with SQL DBMS.
- Familiar with designing workflows to automate manual business processes in Teamcenter.
- Proficient or familiar with System integrations.
- Familiar with CI/CD pipelining.
- Familiar with system upgrades and deployments.
- Maintain and track system changes by writing documentation for future referencing.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose system and suggest recommendations.
- Ability to maintain Teamcenter application and support Teamcenter end-users.
- Ability to support System Engineers with CAD design software (NX).
- Ability to support Hardware Engineers with PCB Design Software (Altium).
- Ability to support Integration Engineers with Harness Design Software (Capital Essentials).
- Experience with working on a Windows environment.
- Can work as an individual and collaborate with others in a Team setting.
- Familiar with testing System functionality and processes.
- Ability to learn and be trained on the job through using the companys platform.
Qualifications:
IT-related qualification (Diploma/ Degree)
Experience:
3-5 Years experience in a similar role with evidence of work in an environment with TeamCenter Systems Administrator.
Proficiency in certain applications and/or software:
- Microsoft Office
- Design programs Solidworks, NX
- Understanding of Java, Phython or C++
