Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Attorney at a Law firm located in Sandton. The Junior Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating settlements, civil and criminal litigation, and specializing in Labor and Employment Law.
Exciting opportunity for a Junior Attorney in our Sandton office. Must have the following experience:
- Drafting Pleadings, Affidavits, Notices
- Conducting Research & writing opinions
- Strong understanding of legal principles & law practices
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Arguing matters on the opposed role
- Right of Appearance in High and Magistrates Court
- Consulting with clients and client care
- Must be willing and able to work after hours
