QuickBooks & Excel Administrator (Remote)
We are seeking a dynamic, tech-savvy QuickBooks & Excel Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a strong background in QuickBooks, advanced Excel skills, and a passion for researching topics, creating connections, and organizing information.
Responsibilities:
- ️ Manage financial records using QuickBooks .
- ️ Conduct research on assigned topics, gather relevant information, and organize findings.
- ️ Create and maintain detailed Excel spreadsheets, including automatic formulas .
- ️ Ensure data is accurately inputted and organized within Excel for easy access and reporting.
- ️ Work with various software applications to support different aspects of the business.
- ️ Assist in the development and management of school-based programs.
- ️ Learn and adapt to new systems and technologies as required.
- ️ Handle multiple roles as needed to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Requirements:
- ️ Laptop: Must have your own laptop.
- ️ Experience: Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Excel (including creating automatic formulas).
- ️ Tech-Savvy: Must be comfortable with using multiple apps, learning new programs, and adapting to different roles.
- ️ Stable Work Experience: Proven track record of job stability and reliable performance.
- ️ Remote Work: Available to work 4m - 11pm SA time .
- ️ Wi-Fi: Must have a stable Wi-Fi connection.
- ️ Immediate Availability: Able to start immediately.
