Experienced and resourceful
Technical Manager required to oversee the planning, operation, and maintenance of infrastructure and facilities within our client’s gas operations at their Johannesburg offices.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: - National Diploma - Engineering or similar qualification
- Minimum of 5 years in a technical field (e.g. engineering, operations)
- Proven experience in technical leadership, project management, and team management
- Strong technical expertise in a specific area (operations, engineering)
- Experience in gas operations and maintenance is advantageous
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
CRITICAL EXPERIENCE: - Filling Operations
- Monitoring and maintenance of plant and associated operations
- Managing plant employees
- Managing stock levels
- Managing contractors on site
- Record keeping
- Incident investigation and reporting
- Additional training or certifications in gas operations preferred
