Our client, a forward-thinking IT services provider, is seeking a passionate and dedicated *IT Support Engineer* to join their growing team. In this role, you will be providing both 1st and 2nd line support to help their customers thrive through reliable and efficient technology solutions.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Handle customer support requests and resolve technical issues efficiently
* Act as a point of escalation for the 1st line team
* Assist with deployments and customer projects alongside the 3rd line team
* Maintain software and hardware systems as required
* Provide on-site support, including user setups and issue resolutions
* Ensure all support tickets are properly documented in the CRM system
* Provide user training and guidance on equipment use
*Required Experience:*
* At least 3 years in a similar IT support role
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Cloud solutions (Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, etc.)
* Experience with networking equipment (routers, firewalls, switches)
* Ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently, both remotely and on-site
*Personality Traits:*

* Ability to multitask and handle a high workload
